· Developed a highly customizable PMI methodology and templates to accelerate success and mitigate risks

My unique know-how of integrating companies has been built through hands-on experience. For 8 years I led the PMI (Post Merger Integration) practice at Amdocs (NASDQ: DOX), a global product led services company. As a consultant, I have helped management teams and PMI leaders of my clients through a successful integration process.

A Technion Industrial & Management Engineer, with an MBA from Santa Clara University and a certified PMP (Project Management professional), I have vast experience in Program management, Change management and organizational changes.

With me, a team of experts in all relevant domains: PMO, IT, Finance, Legal, compliance, etc. which are pulled to the project on an as need basis.

Having spent my professional life between Tel Aviv, Israel and Silicon Valley, and working with clients in Japan, Singapore, Russia, Germany, UK and Chile has allowed me to build excellent cross culture working abilities.
